Air New Zealand Gas Turbines operates a modern large-scale main overhaul
facility located at Auckland International Airport, allowing immediate
induction of customer engines from anywhere in the world.
The depot staff onsite operate parallel continuous strip and rebuild
lines in the main building. Using six sigma and lean principles,
production line capacity has been increased to handle multiple engines
simultaneously.
The main depot features state of the art tooling, with enhancements
developed onsite utilising in-house and Auckland University School of Engineering
expertise.

Alongside the main workshop we have an extensive main store facility
